A journey of a thousand miles is accomplished one step at a time

The Thermo-Pex arrived today.

The massive, massive reel of piping arrived behind my brother's truck and Dad was in there too. We pushed the end of it into the Barn and started to unreel it down the driveway.

We cut it at the stove pad and then started again toward the house. We cut that end with enough to get into the basement and had about 50' left – hardly worth hauling home.

So we unloaded that 50' near the Barn and that'll be the pipe that supplies the hot water to our (eventual) hot tub. (You may not get to use an outdoor hot tub the first or even second time that you come here, but there should be a gorgeous claw-foot tub for you to soak in the very first time that you visit us!)

The scale of the project is overwhelmingly large, but taken one step at a time we can craft an experience that is Bound to Please!
